WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES
Our mobile team in London operate from a fleet of fully equipped vehicles that can provide daily and weekly low and high level (up to 65ft) window cleaning services to a range of commercial properties. The teams utilise traditional squeegee and applicator methods along with water fed pole systems using Deionised water filtering to deliver an exceptional finish every time.
The delivery of periodic, high level window and building fabric cleaning is the core service we provide as a business. All employees of SWC are trained in a variety of high level access methods on numerous sites and all hold IPAF certificates that allow them to use any MEWP required. Our high level skill set includes cradle cleaning at a height of 46 storeys on the prestigious 110 Bishopsgate – so it is safe to say we have a good head for heights!
Our cradle and high level access experience includes a wide-range of internal glass atriums that are cleaned via man-safe systems, cradles or MEWP’s. We also clean numerous scenic and enclosed lift shafts out of working hours in partnership with rope access workers, lift technicians and building management teams to ensure the appearance of those hard to reach places is fully maintained.
Within the SWC team we are able to deliver rope access cleaning with IRATA level 1 trained members of staff across a number of buildings within our portfolio. Our aspiration is to further our IRATA accreditation in the coming years to further extend our internal capabilities. Should IRATA level 2 or 3 operatives be required we partner with the leading organisations in London to deliver our services.
We are often requested to deep clean building facades and restore stone work utilising a variety of specialist chemicals and jet washing methods in order to enhance the appearance of old and new properties, often bringing the finish back to new.
Very often we are asked to solve the supposedly unsolvable access issues our customers face when attempting to clean, restore or repair high level areas of their properties. On numerous occasions we have been informed that our customers have been told access to certain areas is impossible, only for our highly experienced management and supervisory team to use their initiative and knowledge to provide a solution.
